Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Our returns policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our valued customers. Please review the guidelines below based on the type of product you have purchased.

1. 1/1 Paintings:
   Policy: No refunds at all.

   Explanation: Due to the unique and personalized nature of our 1/1 paintings, we are not able to refund. Each piece is crafted with meticulous care, and its exclusivity makes it non-returnable.

2. Canvas Prints:

   Policy: Must have a valid reason to return. Must return within 1 week after receipt.

   Explanation: If you have a valid reason for returning your canvas print, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order. We will review your request and, if approved, guide you through the return process. Returns after the specified time frame may not be accepted.

3. Merchandise:

   Policy: No refunds, only exchanges. Must return in the same conditions with tags.

   Explanation: Merchandise may be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. Please ensure that the merchandise is in its original condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for merchandise purchases.

4. Digital Design:

   Policy: Refunds are available if the order is canceled within 24 hours of ordering.

   Explanation: We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel your digital design order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be processed promptly for canceled orders within this timeframe.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@highmonks.com please provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

For valid returns, we will guide you through the return process, including any necessary documentation or steps.
